Managing Director of CFE since 2001. Previously, Mr. Cordoni was the Co-Managing Director of SOCONA Geneva, which is a company specialized in export finance and export credit insurance. Between 1984 and 1989 Mr. Cordoni was the Co-Managing Director of Compagnia Finanziaria Mercantile di Torino, a company active in financial and commercial advisory to Italian exporters of goods. Mr. Cordoni received his Economics and International Business degree from the University of Turin and also completed a graduate specialization course in options, futures, swaps and Euro commercial paper at the IPSOA (Management School of Milan).
Executive Director of Corporation Financière Européenne since 2001. Between 1989 and June 2001 he was the Deputy Director of the Commercial Departments at NOVAFIN Financière SA where his responsibilities included: managing relationships between exporters and importers; organizing commercial contracts; the structuring and management of loans and short-medium term financing on behalf of non EEC countries; and the management and administration of re-scheduling Russian and Algerian debt. From October 1987 until July 89, Mr. Piunti was Assistant Manager at INTERFINANZIARIA SA, as the relationship manager responsible for the preparation of client contracts. Mr. Piunti holds a “Maturita” from the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale in Lausanne – “Diploma di Perito Commerciale e Ragioniere”.
Director. Former Partner of Virtus Finance SA, a Swiss based alternative asset management company specialized in fund advisory services. From 1996 until 2001 Mr. Duranti worked at the Russian desk of the FINCO Department at André & Cie SA, Lausanne, focusing on Trade & Project Finance activities with Russia and CIS countries. Mr. Duranti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Webster University, St.Louis.
Director, Paris office. Previously Director of DF Deutsche Forfait AG in Paris since 2000 (Warburg Group). From 1996 to 2000 Mr. Sengenes was Director at Group Berliner Bank Aval GmbH in Paris, active in forfaiting. Previously he was member of the Management of Banque du Bosphore’s International Department, Paris.
Executive Vice President, Paris Office. Previously he worked for Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo as a Regional Director and Managing Director where he managed the largest retail business for the bank and helped in creating their new Leasing subsidiary that he ran. Prior joining Raiffeisen Bank, Mr. Imami was a founder and a Managing Partner of Atlantic Capital Partners, the first Mortgage Lender in Kosovo. In addition Mr. Imami has 8 (eight) years of Wall Street experience working for institutions such as TD Waterhouse, Astoria Federal and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Imami holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College and has attended post graduate courses at Columbia University. Currently, he is towards completing his Executive MBA at the Chicago Booth School of Business, in their London Campus.
Financial Advisor – Europe. Mr Narten has a very extensive experience in world-wide export finance activities, loans, asset management, new issues, mergers & acquisitions. He was Managing Director of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in 1995-97, with previous experience as Director of Morgan Grenfell Italia S.pA and Head of Export Finance and International Lending Department at Morgan Grenfell as well as the Vice-President of Wells Fargo Limited. Mr Narten graduated with honours from Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris in 1971 and Institut de Droit Compare, Paris - Droit International Prive.
Project Manager – Latin America. Previously, Financial Representative of the Republic of Argentina for Europe between 2003 and 2007, Mr. Benvenuti has an extensive experience in the negotiation with creditors and non-creditors regarding Argentina’s Public Debt Restructuring. From 1992 to 2004, he was a Manager of SOCMA, an Argentine holding company engaged in public services and infrastructure development. Mr. Benvenuti holds an Industrial Engineer diploma (Buenos Aires Institute of Technology), received a Master in Business Administration from IAE (Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales), Buenos Aires. He completed studies at Oxford Business School (Negotiation 2007; Politics, Power and the Art of Influence 2006) and the Bank of England (Exchange rate regimes and Capital Flows 2006, Government Debt Management 2005).
